  We called from Lincoln City, Or and informed the contact at Sykart that we wanted to rent a kart for A birthday present for our ten year old grandson. We were told that he met the requirements for the age restriction. And that is all we were told. When we arrived Saturday, the 7th. of April. at 1 PM, we were informed He had to pass a driver's test. The person at the desk was very rude, hurting the grandson's feelings and offering no apology at all. We would not have driven almost 200 miles round trip if we had known he did not meet the qualifications. After observing the karts in action it was obvious the grandson could not have driven. We should have been informed prior to trip and should not have been treated so rudely after arriving.
