  Went in to the Tigard location and worked with Jamie to select landscape lighting. We were pointed to the FXLuminaire line to meet our needs. We informed her of the landscape company we were working with to do the install. She at this point offered to have the FXLuminair sales rep come to our house to do a demo so we could make the right choices for ligting.
  
  The appointment was confirmed for last night, a SiteOne representative and a FXLuminair rep were to come by the house. Jamie asked for the house address and best contact phone number. Because we wanted these lights, we delayed our full landscape project for 4 weeks as the FXLuminair rep didn’t have an appointment before last night.
  
  They were a no-show!
  
  Upon calling Jamie this morning to get an explanation, she continually said she couldn’t get in touch with my landscape company and they wouldn’t call her back. This was why they no-showed. The attendance of my landscape company doing the lighting demo was never discussed. My understanding was the FX rep would do the demo and Jamie would get a list of inventory for my landscape company.
  
  Jamie kept reiterating, my landscape company never called her back. After checking with my landscape company, they never got any messages or voicemails. They also informed me, they have never been asked to attend a lighting demo in the past and were a bit perplexed by the responses I was getting from Jamie. Had my landscape company known their attendance was necessary, they would have been here for the appointment.
  
  No call to me, no contact with me, nothing but a now show. During my call with Jamie today, no attempt was made to “save” the sale, come up with a solution, try to reschedule the appoinment - just I’m sorry and shifting blame to my landscape company. She said she no longer had my phone number that’s why she didn’t call.
  
  Very unprofessional.
  
  Off to find another vendor that can reliably get the lighting done for us.
