  I've been to Madewell at Bridgeport numerous times and always have a great experience. The employees are very nice and are very helpful–some even recognize me. They also respectfully leave space when I'm just browsing and do not over sell. On more than one occasion they've found extra sizes for me in the back. I love this store and will continue to go back.

  Horrible! The employee was so rude for no reason. She was coming up with the most absurd reasons for why she couldn't accept my jeans to exchange. I bought them 4 days ago and she said that the jeans do not match up to the receipt, the serial number is the same on the jeans and receipt. Been a customer for 4 years and id rather just go to Nordstrom! Way better customer service there!!
