  We need a new washer and dryer. We needed assistance in choosing the right one for us and were met by a nice woman named Jay(sp?). She was friendly and knowledgable. We all go into these experiences knowing that a salesman wants to make a sale. Many are pushy about it which is annoying. Jay was AWESOME!!! She made us feel like long time friends and knew her stuff. If we are looking for appliances in the future I will only go to her. She made the experience easy and as shopping goes meaningful. Which may seem weird but that is how great she was, Can't say enough about her !!!!
