  Absolutely awful experience, I went here a year ago to get an MRI and it was my first time ever getting one done and the men handling the machine were completely uninformative after I told them it was my first time. After settling me into the machine they told me that I needed to take my bra off which I didn't realize I needed to do and then just pulled me out of the machine and left me in the room half strapped to the bed to try and get the bra off by myself with only the use of one of my arms (since the other one had an IV in it!!). I ended up having to ask them for help and they were very obviously annoyed with me. I then proceeded to sit in the MRI for about an hour with them continuously telling me that I was doing the test wrong without explaining how I was supposed to do it right. After the whole thing was done they told me very rudely that my results would be pretty mediocre because of how I did in the machine and my entire body was is extreme discomfort for quite a few hours after the test, with my arms in a bit of pain from sitting in the required position for the test. Not only that but they billed my old insurance instead of my new one and I am still battling collections claims because of the complications.
