  We have lived here nearly 2 years. The original managers were so nice and friendy. Haven't had any problems with anything. Quiet location and near major freeways.

  These apartments are a hidden gem! Great location - minutes from 217 or 1-5 but off the main road so they’re incredibly quiet and private. Right on fanno creek trail, which I utilize often. Full-size washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub, a super efficient heat & AC unit, and now the whole complex is non smoking! Plus the managers are responsive and friendly. The apartments themselves are roomy too, and they feel even larger than the generous square footage cause of the layout. I definitely recommend these apartments if you’re lucky enough to get one. A lot of the residents, myself included, have lived here for many years.
